“HELPING A CHILD MEANS HELPING ALL OF HUMANITY ” The Cercle d’Espoir du Monde (OCEM) Orphanage is a social welfare organization that cares for orphans, abandoned children, lost children, and children in need. Given our very limited financial resources, it is difficult for us to consistently provide comprehensive care for our residents. As the school year begins, ensuring that our 25 children can attend school is a significant burden and an urgent need. The thought of these children—who have already endured so much in life—staying home due to a lack of resources is our greatest concern. That is why, relying solely on God’s mercy and the generosity of people of good will, we humbly reach out to you. Your support—even a symbolic contribution starting at 1,000F—will give these children the same opportunity to attend school as all the others. That is why we are appealing to your solidarity
